• Upon successful payment, an order confirmation email will be sent with purchase details.
• Domains are usually transferred to your specified registrar account within [3-5] business days.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All transactions are processed securely in USD.
• Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.

We do not store any payment information all payments are handled securely through Stripe.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid for the domain(s) in question. We are not responsible for issues arising from the transfer of domains, including any disputes over domain ownership or the failure of domain registration with your chosen registrar, unless such issues are caused by a technical error on our part.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
